Craig Jasper is the Executive Director of the Cleaning and Restoration Institute and has been in the carpet cleaning industry for over 35 years as a cleaner and as an educator. During that time he has always tried to help any cleaner that has asked. It’s probably no exaggeration that he has spoken with and helped thousands of cleaners over the years. Among his many qualifications, Craig is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Master Water Restorer.
